    • We ship via USPS Priority and UPS Ground, with tracking included
    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

  • Processing time

    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days

  • Delivery estimates

    • Expect delivery within 2-5 business days after processing
    • Delays caused by the carrier are out of our control, but we'll always help you navigate any issues

Return and refund policy

  • Not accepted

    • No returns or refunds on opened, excessively handled or used items (including spawn bags and substrates)
    • Non-returnable/refundable items include but not limited to opened or tampered with bags, items returned without prior reporting, returns initiated without photo evidence, and digital/downloadable goods

  • Acceptable for review

    • For a refund or return you must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery
    • Photo evidence of the product in original packaging and a description of the issue
